EDIBLES: EATING OR DRINKING

THC Limit: 10 mg of THC per package

Product rules:

  • No added vitamins or minerals
  • No nicotine or added alcohol
  • Limits on caffeine

OILS & CAPSULES

THC Limit: 10 mg/unit – 1000 mg/pack.

Product rules :

  • No added vitamins or minerals
  • No nicotine
  • No caffeine
  • No added sugars, sweeteners or colours

CONCENTRATES

THC Limit: 1000 mg of THC per package

Product rules :

  • No added vitamins or minerals
  • No nicotine or alcohol
  • No caffeine
  • No added sugars, sweeteners or colours

TOPICALS

THC Limit: 10 mg/unit – 1000 mg/pack.

Product rules :

  • No added vitamins or minerals
  • No nicotine
  • No caffeine
  • No added sugars, sweeteners or colours

Packaging has to be plain and child resistant.
Like any cannabis products, it must not be appealing to youth.
It must not make health /cosmetic/dietary claims.
